Natural Factors Lung, Bronchial & Sinus Health, Natural Supplement for Respiratory Health and Easy Breathing, 90 Tablets

For 5 years I've had chest congestion, coughing up phlegm several minutes at a time 2 or 3 times a day especially at night, after meals, early a.m. due to having taken a heart medication that is know to cause lung damage and a blood thinner that continued the damage all over a period of 5 years. I have almost no tolerance of prescription drugs so refused the aid of things like steroids that doctors wanted to give me. I knew they would just cause more problems. I just pretty much suffered through it and took a mucinex when I had to. I received my order of these capsules yesterday and took one at 2, 5 and 9 p.m. They seemed to help almost immediately. I coughed very little last night before bed and this morning have just cleared my throat a little. I'm thrilled to have this relief. BTW, I'm almost 83. 3 weeks later: I am certainly not completely clear of coughing up phlegm but it has been cut down to "manageable" for sure. I don't have the heavy congested feeling in my chest and it is easier to cough up the phlegm when it builds up. I can't say it has helped my shortness of breath but that may come in time. I'm not any worse and all the symptoms I have now are tolerable. After all, I'm almost 83. ALSO, It helps me to sleep better. I don't know why but I took this for a couple of weeks then stopped for a couple of weeks and the waking up at 1:30 or so and being unable to go back to sleep came back. When I resumed taking it I began sleeping through the night again. I switched to clear lung for a while but I believe it is causing GI irritation so am going back to Natural Factors.

Had a stuffy head cold that started to get into my bronchial. My sinuses were full and lots of drainage down my throat.It was getting worse and I needed something to act fast. I believe in the Chinese herbal remedies and have tried some before, but this one is my new favorite!It targets all head cold zones.Does Not upset my sensitive stomach, and didn’t matter whether I ate food with it.I will continue to take it so I don’t relapse.. for another week.I feel it’s safer than OTC drugs. No side effects whatsoever.Read the label and see for yourself!I would recommend this over anything else I’ve tried. I have followed natural remedies and supplements for 30 years.This one is a winner!!!!!I would give it 10 stars if they offered it.!!!

This product contains mullein. I first tried straight up mullein. I bought capsules and a tincture but while it did work, it didn't seem to last very long. I am far happier with this product. I bought 2 different brands and am only on this one, right now. I take one in the morning and one at night. I sleep better and I cough less. This has mullein in it plus other ingredients known for bronchial treatment and it beats the straight up mullein products. The differences in us, physiologically speaking, are why it works for some but not for others. UPDATE: I am lol'ing at the ridiculous price jump from $18.81 in July the last time I bought this to $51.00?????? WHAT??? And Amazon is trying to get me on repeat buying.....nope, not happening, never, ever. This is a RIDICULOUS price increase and I will find this product elsewhere now. UPDATE 2: Just now needing to reorder, decided to check back b4 buying elsewhere and price is back where it was...kudos Amazon for whatever you did to right that!

Just started using a couple weeks ago and see a difference in my breathing- seems to work well. Just wish the pills were smaller

I have tried many over the counter supplements over the year, with not much success. It's been just about three weeks taking one pill every 12 hours and have noticed a substantial improvement in my breathing. I will report back after I go through the first 45 days.So far, good results.Gary G

I never had any sinus problems (ever) until my 10th year in Georgia! Then all of a sudden I had dizzy spells when my ears were compromised due to my sinuses. I tried Allegra and it did help but I don't like taking "drugs" and I didn't need it everyday, just when the pollen was intense. When I say this product and it's reviews I thought I would give it a try. I saw a difference within days. My nose start to run a bit because obviously my sinuses were draining. I no longer get the occasional sinus headache #and those headaches are horrible when they hit... one had me in a Urgent Care facility trying to get relief# My daughter had horribly itchy ears due to sinus issues and after giving this product to her twice a day she hasn't had a problem. I take one tablet twice a day and I order so I don't ever run out. Wonderful relief and I'm happy knowing I am inproving my health not just relieving the pain. Not sure if this would be much help for someone who has severe allergies.... but it certainly would be the right step towards better sinus health. Also, I have been taking Primal Defense #Ultra# by Garden of Life. When I found that the digestive system is a major part of the immune system and that allegies can be caused by a compromised immune system I then investigated how to remedy that problem. Primal Defense #although pricey# has helped a great deal. I tried this product before the Sinus Health tablets and saw some good results, but it did not completely take care of the problem. I take one tablet every other day and am very happy with the results in combination with Sinus Health product. I suggest you try to hit your specific situation on many levels for the best results.
