Unclear description! Does kit come with 5, 10, 15 lbs or 20, 30, 40 lbs or both?

The Ultimate ProGym includes 3 Resistance Tubes 20 LB (Green), 30 LB (Red), 40 LB (Blue). You can obtain 7 levels of resistence by creating different combinations of the tube strengths.

Heavy Exercising with the door anchor - wont that break the door?

If you follow the instructions and put the anchor on the side of the door with the hinges or the top of the door it should hold. If you have hollow doors, I wouldn’t put too much torque on the bands.

How long are the tubes?

From ring-to-ring is approximately 4’-6”. These are AMAZING bands!!!

Can an out a shape 60+ woman do this

After talking with your doctor, reading all warnings and directions, following the provided manual- you should be able to start with the lowest resistance band and build up your strength and endurance.
