These are replacement for an improvement for another type that Hanes used to sell called comfort flex and these are the only underwear that I will wear and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to feel like you're not wearing anything but at the same time you want to feel like you're being supported down there. They are the best that I've ever bought and I continue to buy them and I'll wear them as long as they make them and I love the short leg that they have on them because I hate any underwear that has long trunk legs

These are exactly what I have needed for decades! Great support for the male parts, stays dry and dissipates the heat preventing heat rashes and other. Money well spent. I purchased 2 packs of 3 which gives me 6 pairs. Total game changer. Okay folks, I just want to be clear...my only negative comment on these is...there are 2 open slots on each side of the male parts and many times my parts have slipped out through these slits making it not only uncomfortable & embarrassing to try and adjust. WHY WHY do underwear manufacturers and designers put these useless side slips on the garment??? Guys do not need or use these. Please just stop!

Hanes underwear is very comfortable. I used to wear Duluth but got tired of even the sale prices. I wear these for all occasions and will buy again. Just be aware that the pouch effect does affect your bulge - making it more prominent in loose fitting clothing.

Bashfully admitting these underpants do work as hoped. The pocket built into the front surrounds and nestles the genitalia, keeping especially the scrotum away from sticking to the insides of the thighs. Much more comfortable, especially for older gentleman with perhaps more sagging in their manhoood as they have aged.
