I've been making my own skincare products using butters, beeswax and oils for many years, and I was using a Pyrex jug inside a pan all this time, but that was awkward to lift up when hot, and I always worried about the glass cracking from the heat.This metal double boiler is a DREAM to use. It's easy to have this resting over a pan. The handles never got hot so I was able to easily lift it and pour without needing to be extra careful. Having spouts of both sides helped me (I'm left handed), and they're well designed so I could pour into a tiny lip balm tube without spilling a drop. Highly recommended piece of kit!

J'adore !Il s'agit d'une petite casserole. Me concernant, je l'utilise pour la fabrication de produits cosmétiques quand je dois faire fondre de la matière au bain marie. A cet effet, cette casserole me convient parfaitement.S'adapte très bien à une casserole type. Ce qui est pratique, c'est le fond plat qui permet de faire tenir la casserole sur un plan de travail. Tout est très bien pensé.La qualité est au rendez-vous. Entretien facile, passe au lave-vaisselle.Au niveau de la contenance, 480 ml est idéal pour les produits cosmétiques. Acquistato per sciogliere cioccolato e burro per delle torte, la dimensione è giusta per circa 200 gr di cioccolato + 100 gr di burro. Fa il suo lavoro, facile e veloce da pulire.
