Are the arms just fabric or is there something inside to make them bendable/poseable?

I know you've gotten your answer many times over but here is an idea, go to autozone and buy some muffler tie wire (comes in a spool) and you can make a wire skeleton out of it incase you wanted to have it hanging infront of your TV so it looks like it's coming out of the television. (Make any area touching the TV flat so not to damage it)

Is her face green? It's hard to tell from the picture

Her face and hands are actually like a greyish green color, I guess you could say.

How do you attach ot to the ground?

It doesn't really attach, you just place it strategically. I put mine in a large planter pot by my front door, it looks like the zombie is climbing out.
