Jas amyone actually had to use the warranty for this product?

I've used Microsofts warranty on a couple items. The Surface Pro3 (I dropped it and broke the screen) and my Pro4 came in and the pen didn't work. They are Awesome to deal with.

I'm interested in purchasing this unit. however in the side by side comparison and specs, there is no mention of wifi or bluetooth. can you confirm?

Yes, the surface pro 4 has both Bluetooth and wifi. I recomment more than 4 GB of ram however.
