Q: How long are each of the handle sections when they are separated?

the 3 handle sections are roughly 18 inches (plus/minus 1 inch) each and the basket attaches to the handle.

Q: Is this any better than the Exact Brand? Looks the same other than hole pattern and blue handle.

this is the first one I've ever owned so I can't compare. mine works really well for sand fleas.

Q: How much does the actual rake weigh?

the rake assembled weighs roughly 6 pounds

Q: Would this work to sift chicken poop from sand?

i imagine so. it sifts sand crabs from sand and if the chicken poop is solid and somewhat hard it should work. I'm not a chicken farmer though i just fish
