I love that the manufacturer provides a contact link for the consumer along with the fold up insert that has pictures to guide the user. Very affordable! As I have Plantars fascitis in both feet, I am definitely going to purchase a second one so that I can stretch them at the same time. I have tried using a yoga strap and my physical therapist suggested that an at home solution could be to use a belt to help with stretches. However, I found that both methods were awkward and ineffective as you cannot get the stretch throughout the entire foot and the strap/ belt constantly slip out of place. This is a brilliant way to keep the foot secured and stretch as deep as you need or like, due to the many handles along the strap. On bad days, I can grab a different loop with each hand and slowly rotate my foot, applying different levels of pressure depending upon which loop I'm using for resistance. Absolutely worth the investment! I'm so grateful for the relief it provides and for this products price range! Trying to purchase the right shoes, or supportive socks, or foot wraps to assist with alleviating the pain has been a constant, costly battle of trial and (mostly) error. This easy to use product comes with its own bag for storage and portability that discretely travels well. It definitely delivers on it promise to help with relieving symptoms for Plantars fascitis, as well as eliminates the frustration of paying too much for something that's complicated to use and leaves you feeling upset or disappointed. I'm beyond happy and so grateful!

I am surprisingly impressed by this strap. I ordered both this product, and one of the very expensive CastleFlexx devices around the same time as I wanted to compare them. The CastleFlexx claims it is the only product that can give you complete dorsiflexion of all of your toes, but this much cheaper alternative impressively works nearly as well. If I fit and adjust the straps correctly, and pull on the main strap at the right angle, I can get really good dorsiflexion of both my foot and toes with this device as well. I've decided to keep both so that I can stretch posterior chain muscles in my lower extremities in two different rooms in my house. If I had to do it over again, though, I would probably have not spent the exorbitant amount of money that the CastleFlexx costs. I actually just ordered a second one of these (since they are currently on sale) so that I can put one on each foot and do reps alternating between legs without having to swap the strap from one leg to another.

My right foot has been broken twice and while I love using a looped-stretch strap, the stretch or the strap seemed to always aggravate the foot at that broken spot. This strap eliminated that fear. This strap was easy to put on. It gave me an intense stretch from the back of the heel to the calf to the knee. I’m going to feel it tomorrow. I haven’t figured out how to get a straight up stretch. I don’t think the wider strap feels as comfortable as the standard width strap. I’m going to knock off one star: gentle on the broken foot, odd strap width.

I discovered a similar item while reading Yahoo news and choose to purchase this one. I walk and average of five miles per day and mainly wanted it to assist with stretching tight muscles. I was really impressed with the excellent quality and construction and found it is much more effective than the Yoga strap. I was really happy with the item that I purchased a second one, so I will be able to stretch both legs at the same time. It just takes common sense in order to attach the item to your feet, and also from looking at the diagrams on the box.

Does the job and functions as it should. Construction and materials on the other hand, feels flimsy and some stiching seems to be unraveling. I would rate it average at best.

This is an amazing, simple, highly effective stretch tool. I only wish I had gotten one sooner!The fabric is 5 star, it's beautifully made and durable.I had a stroke many yrs ago and to the average eye I look completely recovered but I'm a dancer and my balance is slightly off. I was able to identify the weak muscles in my heel, ankle and calf with this stretch tool and now on my way to a targeted full recovery.I highly endorse this product!!

Worked great for stretching with plantar fascities.

I’m 6’4” tall and I’ve recently fallen pray to very severe heel pain. I’ve been using the elastic stretch bands And, while they do provide some relief, they really not long enough to make it easy for me to use. So, I bought this as it’s not too expensive and it looked like it would be long enough and with the grip handles would do the job.It absolutely does! And I can’t recommend it enough. It allows me to get a good stretch and as much of a stretch as I want at that time. Meaning, in the morning right as I wake up while I’m still in bed, I go with a gentle stretch to just work the kinks out. If I’ve just taken a nice walk or I’ve worked out, I can go with a much more aggressive stretch. Definitely worth it for a person at least my height
