Senior manager - Finally! - This is my very favorite notebook. I have a LOT of meetings and I use this notebook all day. The layout of this notebook is great. I appreciate that each page can represent one meeting- each has title and objectives header up top and at the bottom there is space for takeaway bullets for action. There also is PLENTY of room for notes. Also, key for me, there is an “attendees” box in the upper right corner and it’s very visible when flipping pages. This allows me to scan my notebook very quickly in order to find specific meeting notes history that I had with key people.

Never been a fan of paper. Always took notes on my laptop. New job has no laptops and is heavily paper based. Switched over to this as a way to keep things slightly more organized. Combined it with a Scansnap scanner and its easy to find everything in evernote.3 Months Later edit: At the end of the first notebook I purchased and I am back to order a couple more. I can honestly say that this notebook has introduced a level of discipline to my note taking. Because my job is so paper based and now I am in charge of nearly everything happening in a small company I have so many things in the air that I can not recall one from the other. This notebook has been a lifesaver. I start out every day with the day of the week and the date at the top. If it is a specific meeting I start a new page. All of the action items go into the bottom and I find myself planning for the next day by writing out action items for the following day which gives me a big head start when I get to work. Throughout the day or during meetings I find myself filling in extra info at the top which helps me when I need to reference back to key moments.My plan is to tear apart the whole notebook and scan everything once I finish the book. I was trying on a day to day basis but found that I needed to reference back to the previous week quite often.If you have had a hard time staying organized with paper this is a great tool. I highly recommend it. It has proven very durable as I haul it around everywhere and then throw it in my car to take home after work every day. The cover will shed water as I have used it to hold ice cold drinks. The paper is better quality than your typical store notebooks. Someone mentioned the binding will not hold a pen. I have found that clicker pens are too large but a standard bic pen is a perfect fit. The pages are perforated and tear cleanly.

i love these Cambridge business notebook, i take it to every meeting and keep my notes and it has space at the bottom of each page for action items, or things i need to do. Perfect for me, keeps me on task and organized. I covered the front cover and inside front cover with fun stickers. I love it.

I'm in meetings all day every day. I use this to document notes and actions while in back to back meetings and works as a great go to reference when I need to recall because I have logged in a sequential order in one tool. I didn't rate it as excellent because I wish I could find the same thing at a better price considering how many I go through in a year's time at work. Another wishlist would be to get this in loose-leaf style for this format exactly so that I can put it in a flexible binder and be able to archive easier by projects over time. Instead I have to tear them out and then hole-punch them and that takes time I am not willing to invest. Having one for each project is not flexible because I hop from meeting to meeting across multipe projects and that would get too heavy to carry around.
