Good product
This is perfect for relieving pain. The quality is brilliant and it does stay cold for a long amount of time. It’s easy to fold up and store in the freezer too which is a benefit when there’s not much room in your freezer!

Really good item, works well and stays cold for a decent amount of time, it is a very large ice pack and it could be improved by adding an additional strap to secure at both the top and bottom

OK, small and compact but don't stay frozen for long
I wouldnt say they last for 30 mins after being frozen, maybe 15 mins

It works and easy to use.
Amazing. Really helping my swollen knee, I can even cut down on my painkillers. Easy to use and worth the money.

Good value for money
Freezes well and is pliable when froze. Takes around 60 mins to freeze. Comes with a strap. No leaks. Stays cold for approximately 45 mins. Good value for money. I’ve not tried the heat. It’s fairly comfy for back but a bit cumbersome on knees if using the strap.
