Blackhead removal tool one end to pierce poor than other end to compress pore
This is my favorite black head remover tool over my hoops and cups. Easy to use and effective in relieving deep blackheads

Very useful
This item is very useful. It stays sharp and doesn't bend at the tip. I've been looking for this for a long time and could never find one that works as well as this one.

Couldn't believe it worked!
I'd seen these around, but couldn't imagine how something in the shape of a loop could help me press out blackheads. However, Paula Begoin (The "Cosmetic Cop") mentioned it in one of her recent newsletters, and so I had to give it a try. I got it tonight, halfheartedly pressed it over a blackhead, and when nothing happened I figured I'd probably just wasted $10. However, after a shower I tried again. I centered it over a blackhead, pressed down fairly hard and saw some "gunk" begin to emerge. I moved it down and away slightly (kind of the same motion one would make scooping ice cream), and the gunk lifted out! It really DOES work!Mind you, it hurts. You really have to press down kind of hard in order to make it work. Tears sprang to my eyes after I'd done it 3 or 4 times. (Still, I was tempted to keep using it just because it was so oddly gratifying to see that nasty stuff come out!) It also left my face red and puffy for a while--about 3 hours--but then it went away. My plan is to use it nightly after washing my face, just getting a few a night.Feels much cleaner than when I'd use my fingers, even though I'd wrap them in tissue first. I also prefer it over a pore strip which just seems to remove those fine little hairs on my nose (and I always worried about the way it would pull my skin). So why only 4 stars instead of 5? Like I said, it hurts, and I figure it's going to take me a looooong time to get rid of all of my blackheads a few at a time. Still, this is the best solution I've found thus far.

well made but too thick for me
i bought this and a lancet also from suvorna together, which makes less scarring because the lancet pokes a small hole for the acne to come out.i used to have a lancet plus remover that i've been using like forever, but it was my mom's, so when i went study abroad i know i need to get my own. the one that i had has a thin wire loop as a remover, and i think this might have affected my opinions on the suvorna remover, just kept that in mind for now.because of all the good comments i saw so i decided to give it a try. i looked online on guides on using the suvorna specifically but the suvorna website is not up yet. i also read some websites on how a flat remover can provide more even forces on the surrounding skin of the acne which can cause less scarring, hence i was really excited to try the suvorna acne remover.however when i try to use it on my acne, it's just too thick, even after i poke a little hole with my lancet. i tried to use the flat side to kind of roll around to get the acne out but it's just so thick and only a little comes out. so i thought since i had a thin wire loop remover before, i might as well try the loop side. so i try to angle the loop remover to push the acne out and the loop is just also too thick. because of the thickness, the force just isnt acute enough to push the acne.. so for the sake of getting the acne out to avoid inflammation i just had to use my fingernails, the old fashioned bad way.the suvorna produce is well made, very fine material used, the traction on handle is very nice, and it even comes with a very fine classy holder. but since the most important part - the two remover is so thick, it just doesn't do a good job in removing the acne. it'll be nice if it can be made thinner and light.however, any potential buyers must be aware that this experience might be affected by my personal experience in the past in using a thin wire loop extractor. if you're used to a thick acne remover i think this will be a very good choice.

This is the last extractor you will EVER have to buy!!!
I am very pleased with my purchase! This extractor is so much better in comparison to others that I've tried! I've purchased at least ten different types/brands and I have to say, I feel this will be the last one I buy! It's truly the best one yet, it is very sturdy it doesn't bend at all! The angle is perfect. Sometimes the loops can be very painful..thats not the case with this one, No matter how hard I press it's not at all painful! I would definitely recommend this extractor to anyone that has an issue with acne, or like myself someone who likes popping pimples on others! I haven't had a complaint yet since using this extractor! Thank you for taking the time to read my review, and "Happy Popping"!

This Does Not Work as advertised.
Horrible, useless device. The sharp end is lethal. The hole on the round end is too large and has rough finish. It’s returnable with draconian conditions nearly guaranteeing only partial coverage, if that

Works for What I Needed It for
It works.By that, I mean it extracts whiteheads after I use products to soften them up. As far as the effect it has on reducing pore appearance (which is what we actually care about), I don't know. My pores look smaller, but it could be due to a combination of the products I use. All I know for sure is that this little tool gets whiteheads out like it says it would (but I've only used it as a supplement to my other whitehead products).(Edit: I tried it without using other products first (aside from face-wash). It extracted surprisingly well.)I only use the smaller loop. The bigger side has had lesser function and results by comparison. It's possible that I've only been using it wrong. It is decent at extracting acne. You may have to work at it a little, and even then, it might not be worth it. I didn't get it for that, so I'm not using this aspect to count my stars. Before this, I used a Revlon extractor that has thicker loops. The Suvorna tool is far more effective for what I needed, but I haven't tried the Revlon one with some of my other products. The grip is nice. It won't slide around if your hands are covered in product. (Yes, I use a lot of stuff for my blackheads/whiteheads.)(Edit: No matter what, this thing can hurt like a...)
