Has anybody else gotten a defective one? If so, what was the problem?

I have not had any problem with mine. I use the record player, the cd player and the radio and it works fine.

I understand this plays 1 cd at a time but can you load several cd's to play in succession?

No, it loads one at a time. Bought this juke box for work. Absolutely LOVE it. It rolls easily, the lights are nice and change color, and it is blue tooth friendly. Have never used the record player.

How many CD’s can you store there?

It only plays 1 CD at a time. If you buy the optional stand, it has a drawer that will hold at least 20 CDs in their cases. The top of the unit with lights is just for looks. It doesn’t hold the cds.

Can I order a drawer for under it?

Romona I think they did offer a stand below to raise the unit up higher you can look for accessories I just don't remember if it had a drawer or not,,,,tmac
