USB-C and HDMI on these sharp monitors
This is third one I’ve purchased. The first two are still at the office but I needed another one for WFH. Have had the first two over two years. Daily use. No complaints.

Decent for Business / Home Use
I purchased this monitor as my main "work from home" screen when I got a new job.Pros: The base feels very solid, the Thunderbolt / USB-C works perfectly for charging a laptop, works just fine with my company-issued M1 MacBook Pro, the screen is sharp and bright for most business use.Cons: As expected, when compared with a much more expensive 32" monitor (ViewSonic VP3268a), the viewing angle is smaller, and there is noticeable ghosting when scrolling text, particularly white-on-black. This monitor does not appear to support DDC commands through Thunderbolt, so if you want to attach speakers to it and use the soft volume controls in the computer to adjust volume, you will have to get more creative.Overall I think it's a fine value, especially being half the price of the better monitor.

Great Feature Set but Color is Off
I did a lot of comparisons before buying this monitor. It has all the great features I wanted: Thunderbolt 3 with daisy chain to a second monitor; HDR mode with good color range; the Ethernet port for wire connection; and a USB hub acting as a my MBP dock. However, upon receiving the unit, the colors are way off especially the black. All black are washed out and grayish. Compared to my 5 years old Lenovo 27”, all dark themes such as Google News, Slack, Mac Finder looked washed out. I had to turn off the HDR to make the black a little better but couldn’t adjust it enough not to be painful. One of the USB port on the back also not working no matter what USB device I plugged in.This unit went back with poor Samsung quality control. After returning this unit, I notice my company has a batch of the exact same model installed, and half of them are great and half has this exact issue. Stay away from this model. I ended up buying Lenovo P32p-20 which is in the same price range but doesn’t support TB3.Good feature set, poor quality for this Samsung model.

Don't buy two because it will make you insane
If you buy just one of these you may be fine. It has decent picture quality in SDR, in HDR10 it's dark like everything Samsung, TVs included. But the main problem is when you buy two of these, thinking it will be nice to have two monitors that look exactly the same. Samsung has this despicable practice for which they don't respect industry guidelines and they assign the same EDID serial number to batches of monitors. What does this mean for you? Because both monitors have the same EDID, Windows and macOS can't tell them apart. So when you put the computer to sleep, or shut it down for the day, and then wake it up, or turn it on, the monitor roles will be swapped. Meaning, the one that you set as your main display now will be your secondary one and viceversa.Say for example that you have a Mac Studio and you set the monitor on the right to be the main display and the one on the left as secondary. Then you put the displays to sleep and go to lunch. When you come back you wake them up and suddenly you see that the monitor on the left is showing all your icons, menu bar, dock, etc, as if it was the main monitor. And the one on the right is showing all the stuff that you had on the secondary monitor. As if someone had played a prank on you while you were at lunch and physically swapped the two monitors. Except that it's not a prank, it's Samsung's negligence.Even worse, they set the EDID to write-only from factory, so even if you know someone who knows how to change the EDID serial number, they can't do it.And repeated attempts to get Samsung to release a firmware update to fix this have fell on deaf ears. Samsung sucks, they are a giant corporation and act like it.I have had to go into the system settings in macOS and fix the monitor arrangement over a hundred times since I bought my Mac Studio in 2022. And I did a lot of troubleshooting and talked to a lot of people that know a lot about these things. This is Samsung's fault, plain and simple. So if you need to buy just one of these, look for a better monitor because it's overpriced for what it is. But don't even think about buying two because you're going to waste countless hours when you add up all the times you have to fix the monitor arrangement.

Great monitor and quality but…
Great monitor. So much so I bought a second one. However the second one (this one) didn’t match the color. Same setup, same settings and the color profiles are noticeably off from the first one. Side by side I can move windows between the monitors and get a noticeable difference. I guess it’s good for checking how different color render on different monitors but not a great feature when you’re trying to get matching quality.

Sound doesn't work on that monitor/tv
If you only need video and image, it's ok, otherwise the sound doesn't work at all and Samsung support is very unhelpful.
