Why won't the "Customize" tab open? Just swirls and swirls.

Maybe something was wrong with the site at that time--or is wrong with your computer or device. The tab has always worked for me. My question is: Why can't you see the actual designs on the caps AFTER you place an order?--Keith

Why do you guys charge shipping per hat. I want to order 100 hats & the shipping cost is over $400.00. Why is that??

Is the logo embroidered onto the cap

The one I received was printed, not embroidered--but printed well.

Will the image be printed with a transparent background? I uploaded an image that has no background, but the preview hat shows a white background.

You need to upload images in png format to have no background. Alternatively, you can ask us to remove the white background for you.

Great cap ! Worth every penny!

This hat with logo came out great. Cap was a little mishapen when it arrived but I think will shapen with a little steam. Logo was clear and placement perfect and easy to read with vibrant color. I would like to order more, but cant't seem to find a way to re-order without recreating it all.

Unexpected quality!

I was looking to create hats for an organization I belong to. I sent a photo of the organization's seal which was quite detailed. I did not expect much due to the low cost but was absolutely amazed at the result. The hats look great and the detail of the logo is amazing. I only ordered 5 with the original order but will soon be ordering many more! Definitely r3ecommend!

The cap them selves deserve a 4-5 star... The quality on lettering is 0 stars.All of the letters started falling off the moment we got them in mail. Definitely would not recommend.
