How to keep them in place there is no sticker under. I use for my baby and in the morning is all crumbling under him

I buy these for my mum but she’s unable to move about in bed or sitting in her chair therefore they are fine for her . I think a wriggling baby will cause these to break have you thought of just using a waterproof sheet instead

Do these have a sticky backing to keep them in place on the bed?

No they don’t. I usually use two together. Place one down then place the second one about a third over the first one. Depending on how much the person moves they do crumple a bit. They are always in place the next morning although maybe a bit crumpled. If one or both are not soiled I shake them hard then fold and reuse. They are very good.
