This ice pack is awesome! I bought week three after ACL and meniscus surgery. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear and has been so helpful as I regain mobility in my knee. The straps are great for keeping it on and fitting securely while sitting still and while getting up to love around a bit. I highly recommend this.

Really didn't think I would write a review for a knee brace but I must say this item does exactly what I wanted and works great. I love the fact that it can be used on both sides; one side is felted and not as cold as the plastic side. This means I can start on the warmer side when I first put it on then as it is warming up reverse it can continue the cooling for much longer then when I simply used an ice pack. Just very happy with that feature and would recommend this to anyone with knee pain who needs longer cold sessions. Also easy to adjust size with very strong velcro straps.

I love this knee ice pack. I am using it after knee surgery. The cold area is large and the straps fit around a stabilizing knee brace. Also, its stays cold for a good amount of time. Last, the inner surface is a soft fabric and can sit directly on my knee. Excellent product!

The ice pack is very soft on the inside, stays cold for a while. Straps are long enough for plus size leg.

Waited 2.5 months before writing this review to give better assessment. Bought two of these to use following knee replacement (use one while the other freezes) and so glad I did. Extremely easy to use, long lasting cold, and very durable. Well constructed and comfortable. The straps are sturdy and a bit stretchy so they wrapped easily around my plus size leg to keep the wrap in place. It comes with a strong plastic bag for storing so it stays clean in the freezer. Highly recommend for ortho surgery recovery.

These knee pads are great. I am recovering from partial knee surgery and have tried the big ice pads to ice my knee. They were inadequate and didn’t stay cold for long. I now use the knee ice pad and it wraps perfectly around the knee and stays in placed. It made such a difference with the swelling and pain that I bought another pack to make sure I always have one when needed.

Works well for ACL recovery. Stays cold just long enough (20-30min). Has a nice soft side and easy to freeze/use.
