No more tears
Why did you choose this product over others?:It's from Japan and looked proffesional. It is very sharp and for the first time I can cut onions without my mascara running. :) .Its a treat to slice tomatoes as well, no drag at all.

Does as a knife should
Very sharp factory edge and feels very nice in the hand, has a good balance of weight to it. Has a nice desgin and is easy to clean. However the edge does not stay sharp to long, not a problem for me since I sharpen monthly anyway but worth mentioning, also the knife is made is China but is a Japanese style don't be miss led.

Cuts into anything like butter
Probably the best kitchen item I own. Sleek, pleasing design, perfect size, very light on the wrist, cuts into anything as if it's butter and cuts it well, and it's a fantastic price overall for what you're getting. It's the only knife I own and it's the only knife I need to own because it does everything. Exposing myself a bit here, but I've not sharpened it in 2 years and it still cuts like day one!

Really sharp, high quality knife
First of all, the knife is packaged very well, and the included cloth is a small but nice touch.This knife is excellent, it cuts through the majority of things with ease, as a result, be very careful not to cut your fingers, the sharpness of the blade combined with the grip and comfort of the wooden handle makes this less likely to happen though as it does not slip.The knife being stainless steel keeps it looking clean and rust-free. It has picked up a scratch from normal use but only at surface level-does not affect the use of the product and is not the fault of the knifeI will update this video with videos and pictures of the knife in use since words do not do it justice! Other than that not much else to say for a knife, so I would recommend it!
