Warranty Problems
I purchased this item on May 29th 2024 , to day May 19th realized no out put voltage from the unit I tried to find where I could inform the seller to replace under the 1 year warranty to no avail, hoping the seller or manufacturer sees this review. Up until the recent week it worked fine .seller contacted me immediately they asked a few questions and agreed to send me a replacement immediately under warranty the unit arrived within 2 days, absolutely awesome customer service.

Super zapper
The solar fence works great at keeping animals out of the vegetable garden and the blue berries. We have been using it for 2 years now

Broken battery cover/ I fixed w/out returning.
this arrived very quickly but upon opening it I felt something weighty & solid moving inside and heard a clunk… I knew this had the LiPo battery installed and had already seen a video on replacing the battery so I knew how to open it up- simply a matter of removing about 15 Phillips head screws. Not wanting to see damage inside I was extremely careful but did see the battery pack had become displaced from its original spot, and the cover (which was cheap plastic and held in place by two tiny screws) had broken inside the unit.I fixed this by using a small piece of nylon webbing and screwed the battery firmly in place.Being concerned for possible damage I wanted to charge this straight away and make sure it was functioning: charging correctly, I plugged it in and everything was charging - the led light lit up to indicate charge but it turned off very quickly, within two hours.Naturally I was somewhat concerned that this might not be charging correctly so I tested it at the output terminals using a high voltage meter and confirmed it was putting out 11.6 KV, so everything is fine and the battery pack was almost fully charged, but just be warned if you receive this and something sounds loose. It’s probably probably a broken battery pack cover, so be prepared to send it back or open it up take a risk and fix it as I did.The fix took me about 20 minutes but be very very careful when opening because(a) the wires are all connected,(B) the solar panel is connected to the box by two loosely secured wires and it’s easy to rip those off if you’re not careful don’t just pull the panel off 😟And lastly© the battery terminals inside are live (connected to the 7.2v battery) and you don’t want a shock from that DC battery…😵So is this a good product?- jury is still out- need to see if it really is 💦 proof or not and how well it energises the fence. - I will update the review in a month.

Rough Start ****UPDATE****
Purchased Oct 1 2024. Battery dead and won’t charge. Not sure if it’s the Plug or the battery. Unit worked awesome when it was working. Battery has a 1yr warranty. Spent the last 60mins trying to find away to contact the seller with no luck. Hopefully they see this and contact me. ***Update*** I updated my rating from 1-Star to 4 because customer service reached out to me based on the review and offer me a refund/replacement. I opted for a replacement because the unit was great when it worked. I would definitely purchase from them again. Customer Service was fantastic. They truly honor their warranties.

Battery is Bad After 60 Days but Fence Charger is Functional
Product set in box from June 2024 until September 2024. September 2024 and October 2024 the battery functioned properly. As of November 2024 the battery no longer holds a charge. Solar panel is unobstructed in a field. Fence charger still functions directly plugged in using a power supply. I am going to replace the battery with another brand. The fence charger itself is quite strong. Three acres of nine strand electric rope and it puts out more kick than my little five acre fence charger but less than the old bull fence charger I had from 20 years ago.**Update 30 March 2025**Customer support reached out to me after my review stating the one year warranty was still in effect. Within 24 hours I had a new fence charger. It's working well. They just shipped it directly to me. No muss no fuss. I'll update my review if anything changes. Pretty happy with the customer service.

Not as advertised
I really dont like to leave bad reviews. But, i purchased this, and it worked great for a while. Its gives a good shock that my animals respected. But then, it stopped working. I had it out doors, as it's advertised and one day after it rained i picked up the box and water was in it. I unscrewed some to confirm what i thought. The entire unit had water inside. So it works...as long as you keep it away from the outdoors. If the company is reading this I would like change my review, by you sending me a replacement. But, I gotta share my experiences and let people know what their getting into.

It last barely a year or up to a year it’s a lot of money
I have bought two of these and they last about one year if you’re lucky I’m finding a different product and brand for the amount of that you pay for this product for just a year really.Debra
