Worked fantastic
I used this plastic glue to fix an old Electrolux sweeper cover. The cover became brittle with age and broke when removing. I used this glue to repair the cover. I roughed up the broken part joints with sandpaper for a better bond. it held tight after a day of drying. The cover is stressed during installation and I worried about it breaking again. Nope, it held up. This plastic glue is great and saved my vacuum!Note: The header says black, but the glue I received was tan in color. No big deal for me, but could be misleading if you really wanted black glue.

Fast, strong, sure, Permatex.
Very fast, strong, stable bond. Was much faster at gelling, setting, and becoming useable than JB Weld Plastic Bonder, which had previously failed twice for me.Concerns: Capping the syringe for reuse is more difficult than JB Weld's syringe; air bubbles in the syringe (possibly to low product viscosity) make standing the syringe for a while before opening, and purging important for re-useability; strong solvent vapors require using this outdoors or in a ventilated shop.Strengths: Fast gelling, setting, and develops final strength quickly; easily mixed with provided tray and stirrer, or with whatever you have on hand; due to quick gelling, very easy to work into gaps after mixing until its setting time (fast, no wait); bonds a variety of hard-to-bond-to materials to common materials (plastics to steel); sets hard.Overall, another high-quality Permatex product that they can be happy to put their name on.

Very useful for general repair. ...But
A very useful product. Adheres to most plastics and many other surfaces. It will not adhere to Nylon, polyethylene or polypropylene. Reasonably hard in about 10 minutes. Has a beige color. It can withstand near boiling heat and way below zero cold. When fully cured it can be worked with files, drills, etc. It should have a "Use By" date because it hardens in the tube even when brand new and unopened.

Plastic weld
Best plastic epoxy in the market, goes bad like tomatoes after 20 days of first use. Some time goes bad if it is new but old. (One tube will harden) but when fresh it cures in 10 minutes just like steel, blows away JB weld or any other epoxy brand but not good for old plastic radiator repair or metal in contact with coolant and high temperature ,direct sun exposure or freezing environment

Did not work.
I followed the directions when joining two pieces of broken plasic trim on my lawn mower. Allowed to cure overnight. Joint fell apart almost immediately with the slightest stress. I have used other products by this company with success but this product is a total bust.

worked for me
Dries fast and hard. I used it to repair some molding on a honda quad. It seems to hold up to buffalo ny winters. Make sure to rough up the surface your applying it to. That helps it to grip the material to the epoxy.
