Can this foam be used to cut and then form flowers with a heat gun and flower formers?

Yes! I don’t see why not. I cut the foam paper v easily and also made Calla Flowers and it worked great. The material has a give to it/ it stretches too when you pull or tug on it. I have used a hot glue gun to assemble my florals and it made the process so fun and easy. I’m not sure what “flower formers” are but I formed flowers w my hands no problemo. Can this be embroidered on?

In theory, it could, but it is very thin and poking holes in it will further weaken it.

Do you remove backing from foam sheet?
