If you have heavy metals in drinking water in your area then this product could be very useful. I faced iron as well as heavy metals issue in my drinking water supllied by RO filter plants. The water was destroying my inner health. Now i put that RO filltered water in this filter and the result i get is totally magical.Made of pure stainless steel. Easy to wash and clean. After filtering aroung 10 bottles of RO water(20L) i find the iron and metal ore in upper chamber which indicates its functionality.

The media could not be loaded. Since I couldn't use RO or UV, I was looking at gravity water filters. Water also not that worse in my placeBefore buying rama, I checked many filters like kent, pureit for gravity water filter but problem is pureit kent need too much maintenance don’t have time for that pouring water also slow in kent and pureit was slow kent also has issue of white sediment if you boil water. And pureit classic was discontinued in official website it self future of it doubtfulGot confused in buying gravity filters after while found this Rama filter got to know it been there for 50 years but still have doubts because why its not well know in market and checked review about it filtration it was good so went with this one brought one because don’t have much choice.Let come to actual productSteel is good and shine durability will have to check not sure about it because its new. as of now at first glance shine and good looking steel drumFor the price they charge, I don't know why they don't give steel taps instead of plastic ones.If I’m not wrong drum making cost must be around 3k to 2k and 4 ceramic candle cost must be around 2500 approximately actual must be around 5k to 6k only for 32 litre but they charge around 8k disappointed with price.Filtration was good as you see the image you can notice colour difference in water before and after filtration and retained natural taste of water.So, I was satisfied with this partImportant thing you must keep in mind before buying that this doesn’t filter hard water that has calcium and contaminated water with chemicals.Second important thing gravity water filter doesn’t change water taste. If you used can water or RO UV treated water taste this filter not for you because it just retains the natural taste of water doesn’t change anythingThis good for soft bore water, rain water and municipality water or corporation water. Or check water TDS for more accurate understanding if your water in your place is drinkable or notCapacity of this they mention 32 litres but it totally drum but that doesn’t make sense because if you over fill second drum that has filter water it just leak this not manufacture issue it just marketing issues keep in mind if you buy 32 litre you just half of it that means 16 litre is actual capacity of itExample if you buy 8 litres model you just get 4 litre be wiser before choosing size.Packaging was good don’t have any issues in miss part or damage drum everything is fineFinal verdict: quality is good but product is expensive plastic tap for 8k 9k products was not good.After 5 month usage:Water quality seem good but candle plastic get breaks while cleaning. I think it because of poor quality of plasticSince it doesn’t have any warranty for candle I break candle further to see whats inside but it just carbon protect with ceramic nothing special still it does given job for cleaning water

Good, very useful. Don't forget to change the candles on time. I used to clean the candles in between.

This is the worst product I have bought in 10 years, it doesn’t filter anything. Candle holders are cheap plastic, so is the tap. Only if it worked. As soon as I pour water, the water seeps so quickly. When I boil it, there’s a thick sediment of minerals, bla bla. Clearly it doesn’t filter at all. Also the water leaks a lot, so my teak wood table has been spoiled now. And also my kitchen is always soaked if I pour a little more water than 500 ml in the filter.My regret is not returning it when I had the chance, because these Rama filters advertised well. I want to sue them for dirty water it gives! What a shame to my trust I put in these expensive little product.!I hate this product, I hate it even more I cannot return it now, waste of my 5000 bucks.

The tins are good.Have ordered 16 liter capacity as more filtered water can be stored. It has 6 holes and need 6 candles. Maintaining 6 candles is not an easy task. If product description have mentioned this, won't be purchasing 16 liter. If each candle filters 24 liters of water per day, 6 candles will filter 144 liters a day (far more than any family's requirement). More over the seller recommends changing candles every 3 months. Capacity of filter Vs recommendations of seller should match.Closing the holes with silicon or plastic is not acceptable option for daily use. Water can leak drop by drop and we won't be knowing as we cannot observe the top can easily when its filled with water. This can be used in case of emergency when a candle is damaged.Overall good product, it would be great if more care is taken while designing the product and, assessing customer requirements and experience.Request to seller:1. Make all parts available for purchase including silicon blocks for upper chamber.2. Include the information regarding maximum number of filters that can be fitted for upper chamber in the description.3. Give us different options of number of candles for each capacity. Example 3 filters with 16 liter, 4 filters with 16 liters, etc.4. Give option of filter with steel tap also. Buying plastic tap and buying steel tap separately is not warranted.5. Upper steel chamber should be compatible with different type of filters available either currently or in future.

Good one but we have to soak candles for two days otherwise horrible taste

I got the 24ltr Rama water purifier, it is more then what I expected, the packing was amazing, the steel quality is very good, heavy . The assembly of the purifier is very easy and it took hardly 15 minutes to make it readyThe filter water came out to be so pure and Cristal clear, it seems better than Can water I used to get. Filtration time to filter 12 ltr is also good, I am happy and I feel I made the best choice . And above all this is healthy too.
