Nice gels, have been using them for more than a year so far. Taste is not bad at all, easy to take in while running, and no negative side effects on digestion. The only thing to know is that you'd probably need some water right after, just to wash off sweet aftertaste

Good value compared to the more “premium” brands.I’ve been using SIS products for 25+yrs and find it easy on my gut.Simple packaging which sometimes is a bit slippery when trying to open after a long time running, plus having a retaining element on the top would be good. Stopping to pick up the tab is a pain if it falls.I find I don’t need to drink with them and for very long events real food is needed but these are a solid and reliable back up that fits easily in my pockets.

I've tried loads of energy gels, but I keep coming back to these blackcurrant SiS ones. The flavour is spot on - not too sweet or artificial - and they’re smooth enough to take mid-run without needing water. I’ve had other gels that are too thick or sickly sweet, but these are just right. The consistency makes them easy to swallow, even when I’m pushing hard.They give me a steady energy boost without any sudden spikes or crashes. With 22g of carbs per gel, they keep me going on longer runs and rides without upsetting my stomach. I like that they’re isotonic, so I don’t have to chug water with them. They’re also vegan and gluten-free, which is a nice bonus.The 30-pack is great value, saving me money and the hassle of restocking all the time. I always keep a few in my running belt and cycling jersey because I know they work for me. If you need a reliable, easy-to-take gel that won’t let you down, I’d definitely recommend these.

Love Sis gels, never have any problems.I've switched to Beta fuel now as need more carbs for the distances I'm doing now but these were absolutely brilliant for my previous training. Never had GI issues, fine from the first use. Taste is not the most amazing but will get used to it over time.

SIS tend to be the go to gels in our household for long runs. Myself and my husband use them and they keep us both going. He has done a few half marathons using these and really rates them. I use them for my big runs too.They do a variety of flavours, on this occasion we purchased the lemon and lime (as they are my favourite) but they do lots of others too.They are quite pricey but Amazon do regular deals so I tend to check and order when they're reduced.Low sugar content which is good. I like the texture as it's slightly thicker than water, it's more of a gel based consistency which is what I prefer.

I've had to mark the rating down as when the box arrived there was 1 gel pack missing. That being said they're vert easy to use, great taste and good value for money. The texture us stange if you're trying gels for the first time but it's nothing sickly. Perfect size to fit into a pocket for portability when out exercising.Easy on the stomach, great quality, shame the same couldn't be said for the pre dispatch checks.
