I'm looking to hang a very large frameless mirror - 6' x 4'.Would 2 or 3 of these kits do the job or would you recommend a different product?

It will depend on the thickness and therefore weight of the mirror but they are a good quality and firm/robust but I would suggest at least one pair on each side to be sure - but don't take my word on it!! They were perfect for my 600mm x 900mm 4mm thick mirror. I hope this helps? (Thats assuming you are not hanging it from the ceiling!)

Yes, but would have to mount the bottom - fixed brackets - at 8 and 4 o'clock positions, then place the mirror on the fixed clips to mark out the ring loaded clips at 10 and 2 co clock positions, remove mirror and then drill and fix the top pair. Then place mirror back on fixed bottom clips whilst carefully retracting the 2 spring loaded top clips to put the mirror into final position. They are great clips!

Hi your product would be fantastic but I need it for a plaque not a mirror. Plaque is 20mm thick would this fit into the brackets ok? Kindest regards Sue

Simple answer is no, 20mm thick is pushing it, the spec says max 6mm. But if you bend using wide pliers the clip it may be possible to use - depends if the plaque is heavy. For the price I would get them (as long as not heavy item once bent)

are these clips suitable for cooker splash back

yes the are, however, the slight gap between edge of splashback & wall will need sealing with suitable sealant or grime will build up behind the splashback & then there may be odours if not sealed.I found these easy to install on a mirror in my bathroom when the instructions are followed.
