These Profoot Plantar Fasciitis Insoles have made a significant difference in my daily comfort and mobility. I was honestly surprised by the positive change after just one day of wearing them.As someone who is on their feet all day, I was experiencing a lot of pain from plantar fasciitis. These insoles have noticeably relieved that pain and provided a much-needed layer of support. These insoles are amazing since I’ve been using it. I’ve had no pain whatsoever has been great. It’s so great. I’m getting a second pair. Put it into any shoes any trainers and it does the job you can actually walk about in it really great.

I purchased these as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis for ages but I didn't have loads of money spare to buy the podiatrist recommended insoles. I did the exercises given to me by my podiatrist and my feet started to get better. The ultimate test was a week long distance hike where I was carrying my 19kg gear. I was worried the hike would bring my feet problems back but I glued these insoles into my hiking boots and they were great! They have quite high arch support which was great for me as I have high arches and the heel is nice and bouncy. My feet are now fine fingers crossed they stay that way. I very much doubt these insoles would cure your plantar fasciitis on their own, but combined with the foot exercises etc could be effective. Worth a try I think.

Recommended by my GP to buy a product specifically to help treat the symptoms of my Plantar Fasciitis. Having read a good selection of reviews this item seemed to be a good choice. Difficult as there are many products to choose from. I particularly liked that they were half size and that all of the effort had gone into the area that needed to be treated in the insole. So on initial use they were very comfortable and easily slipped into my most often worn pairs of shoes. I was worried they would be uncomfortable, as the heel is slightly raised so they do lift your foot slightly, so would recommend wearing with a shoe with a higher back to support this. My favs are Sketchers which are ideal. And the insoles fit neatly and are comfortable and un obtrusive.Only worn a few times as newly purchased but hopeful with consistent wear, they will help with the pain. Impressed with the leaflet inside that gives advice on exercises to alleviate any pain. Although my pain is mild to moderate.

Not uncomfortable in my trainers, but I'm not sure they much for my pain. I walk my dog daily and really l don't feel the benefit from this item. Just my personal opinion 🤷

Absolutely best money I've spent and wish id bought these sooner!!!!!Diagnosed with PF.. after having foot pain for a good 6-8 weeks. Put these in my shoes and instantly felt like I was walking on clouds. Feels absolutely amazing and wish id have purchased these weeks ago!!!!!!

Good quality and comfortable to wear. Fits well in shoes. But more importantly it has relieved my heel pain after a couple of weeks. Worth the investment.
