Actually a lovely mug. Typical bloke here so didn't want anything fancy, just a decent mug that holds a decent amount of tea/coffee, and these do about half a pint's worth. Good and sturdy, not some delicate flimsy thing that feels like it could break at any moment (not that I'll be slinging it around the room, but still).Ordered a single one as a test (fussy person that I am), and as soon as I unwrapped it I knew I'd be back in for more to make a set. Quality mug, fine after loads of cycles in the dishwasher, and not too tall that you have to muck about getting an oversized spoon to stir your drink (hate those tall slim ones where the spoon falls in!!). Also handy in that my massive nose doesn't bang the opposite edge while I'm drinking out of it :-D

I bought these because I was looking for great quality mugs for everyday use. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. But I did want something that wasn't quite plain but not too in-your-face. These do the job perfectly. They're robust (I've banged them a few times with no breakage or cracks!). They feel comfortable to hold and don't add unwanted flavour to my tea or coffee. They're a bit pricier because they've got Gordon Ramsey's name on them, but they're still worth the money.

Great quality mugs. Nice and chunky and holds a very large cup of coffee. Comfortable to hold and don't break when I catch it on the door of the dishwasher. Nice clean colour too. I have the same ones in teal and they are both good quality and worth paying that little bit extra.

Really good sturdy mugs have ordered more in different colours!!

Just a great design and build quality

This mug holds 400ml of liquid which is roughly 0.7 of a pint. I was hoping that as this was advertised as a "large" mug, it would hold 450ml or ideally 500ml. I have seen "large" mugs in these sizes elsewhere. For many people, 400ml capacity is probably large enough for a mug, but I was hoping for something somewhat larger. The problem could be easily solved if the seller stated the mug's capacity and then the buyer could decide if the mug suited his or her needs in terms of size. Other than that the mug is fine.
