Really good product. Put these on the handlebar tops behind the brake levers (I ride a lot on the hoods and the heel of my hand often gets sore) and on the top of the lower drops (where hand goes for descending / braking). Has made bars so much more comfortable. You can cut and shape them too!

Easy to fix under bar tape, with strong adhesive to keep them in place. On the top of the bar is an obvious location but you can also use them on the drops where your thumb and index finger meet or on the upward facing area of the end of the drops.Recommended.

These inserts are great, they make the bar much more comfortable. I used them along with another set of gel inserts on a road bike handlebar.

i suffered with numb hands for many years, always thought it was bike fit. After it got particularly bad on my road bike i looked around and found a combo with the new cinelli gel and cork tape. My go-to was always to buy two of the original cork and double wrap which gave the bars enough bulk for my hands and that extra cushion needed.These are a whole different ballgame. Supportive and cushioning, while also fitting better in my hands overall due to the avocado shape this makes the handlebars. I feel like a whole different person.

Came quickly and dead easy to fit, but I would have liked a little thicker and wider as I have L/XL hands so they dont cover my contact points entirely.They have reduced my numbness a little on long rides, but not as much as I had hoped.

Bought these to put on new handlebars. Although I haven't added them yet (bars have not arrived) they are a good product, nice and squishy, and look like they can be cut to size. I will put some on the flats and also near the hoods. Would buy again as they are cheap enough.
