It was good it has been keeping blood sugar steady but didn't not say it was processed in a facility that also Processed shellfish and I feel that is something that needs to be told when advertising the product on here instead of when you get the product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is an effective product for a fair price. I didn’t experience any side effects and it has no taste . The pill size is easy to swallow and I felt great while taking the product. I will order again.
