Can I use it on my bed ? Or so I have to put it on the floor?

Yes you can use it in your bed, it works on many different surfaces. It most important tip is to make sure the positioning of the neck stretcher is in the right place. The arch should be under the neck to provide a stretch. If you don’t feel a stretch try to reposition the neck pillow.

Can I use it as a pillow ?

Per the instructions you can't use it as a pillow. Their user guidelines are 10 minutes per time and no more than 30 minutes a day and can't be used as an ordinary pillow all night long. Also if you have any previous surgeries or conditions like arthritis, herniated disk etc to consult a doctor. Hope this helps.
