These are a perfect size for a serving of my morning greek yogurt (170gm) , with room for my additions like blueberries and protein powder. I make them up on Sunday night for the week ahead and they are sturdy, the lid closes nicely, and I think they are really pretty.

Love these cups! They’re good quality and cute! I’ve had them for over a year and they’ve lasted. The gold spoons do fade a little, but that could be from my dishwasher. The lids seal and grip well, too.
