El unico problema fue que el cargador no era original y no funciono al princpio , pero recibi uno nuevo por parte del provedor gracias

Keyboard stopped working
After only using this laptop 3 times the keyboard and mouse stopped working. It literally didn’t move from the desk and just stopped working. I’m talking about less than 2 hours of use.

Have ordered 2 laptops: one has cracked plastic around display, second has dead zone and damaged display itself

Bought it, returned it. keyboard was non backlit and the battery was less then the 80% capacity they claimed. Buyers be warned.
