100% recommended.
⭐ O’Neal Men’s Motocross Boots ReviewThese boots offer excellent protection, durable construction, and great value for the price. The four adjustable buckles keep them secure, while the reinforced sole and toe cap ensure long-lasting durability. They may feel stiff at first, but once broken in, they provide solid comfort and reliability.Highly recommended for beginners and intermediate riders looking for quality boots at an affordable price.

Armored boot, top quality, price is phenomenal.
Very solid and strong excellent boots great price , stiff and shifting takes getting used to but that’s how it is to get the armor and protection these offer. Very great boots and price is phenomenal.

good stuff
The quality vs price is way more then expected. Being a long time rider it was time to retire my old gear (falling apart after many years).I'm a ski/snow board instructor too, which I am in my eq "all" day and tend to buy higher end eq then an average winter rider(s) would do.. That said, I was skeptical because price and knew I could return if not happy. However, putting them on at home, was very satisfied with fit, trim and quality. I would recommend though that you buy 2 sizes bigger and adjust fit with either layer of socks or thickness of sock. I use a bamboo material socks which are thinker and made/make for a comfy fit in "these" boots. I normally ware a 9 1/2 shoe, boots (any Boot) do not run in half sizes (neither do ski boots) so go the 2 size bigger and adj with sock(s)... These with the plates and stiffness, these will up hold the clash between you ankle, foot and lower leg "needed" for a much better of road experience... Rock on..

Great boots for the price!
After dropping my bike on my leg, I decided to upgrade from riding in hiking boots. I have about 80 hours of ride time with these boots. The boots were very stiff at first, but after a couple break-in tricks and a few rides they were comfortable. The fairly ridged sole makes standing on the pegs much more comfortable. The reinforcement on the sides of the boots making squeezing the bike with my legs much easier and I don’t have to worry about heat from the exhaust pipe. They keep my feet dry from splashes of water or light rain, but let water in quickly if partially submerged for a few second during river crossings. I also adjusted my shift lever so shifting with thick boot toe was easy. The longevity of the buckles is questionable but they haven’t broke so far and seem to be replaceable. These boots have done a great protecting me and there has been several occasions where I feel they have protected me from an injury that would have occurred without proper gear. I wear a 10.5 shoe and order size 10 boot and it was the right size for me. I think this a great boot for budget conscious people who need a solid pair of off road boots.

Good boots!
So I haven’t been able to actually ride in them yet. However I can provide some insight. If you’re in between sizes. Go ahead and get the smaller size. I wear an 11.5 usually and got a 12 because I thought having it a little big wouldn’t hurt. But when I got them and tried them on, I was tightening the straps all the way down and my foot was still moving a lot! So I returned them and got the 11s instead and these fit great! They look pretty water resistant which is good. One thing I should mention (just because I didn’t think about it) is you’ll have to probably adjust your shift lever and brake lever. I sat on my bike and I couldn’t even put my toes under the lever to shift. But I’ll just adjust it and it should be good to go. I’ll update if I have any notable comments once I actually get to test these while riding.Edit: ok so I finally got around to riding with these on. I adjusted my shift lever so I can get my toe under it to shift. I’m going to tweak with it some more because I don’t think I can get enough of my foot under. One thing I noticed was I really couldn’t feel when I was shifting due to the thickness of the boot. So I was 100% guessing the entire time. I missed a few times shifting into neutral rather than 2nd. Also it was very muddy out! I was in about ankle to high shin deep mud a lot of the time! These boots kept like 95% of the water and 100% of the mud out! Also these provided great traction when I was trying to pull my bike out of a ditch or mud. They held up incredibly well! So as long as I can figure the shifting problem out, I’ll be good to go!

Boots
There decent boots for the price. But I don’t like the quality had them for sometime now. I only use them as a secondary pair. They fit nicely but the quality is not there.

Great option for new riders
The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly:*NOTE* Wear these around the house for a few hours or a day, these kind of boots do NEED to get broken in.The Good:-Good stiffness for protecting the tibia and fibula in the event of a drop.-Adjustable buckles.-Flow a surprising amount of air on the highway. Riding home 2.5 hrs from picking up my first bike and my feet were relatively dry and comfortable. The Bad:-For lower speeds out on trails and such I am sure they are a bit stuffy.-Buckles are a bit funky, but function fine-I had to adjust the shift lever to get these boots under the lever, and I have to take my foot off the peg to down shift, but that is the price you pay for protection.-Very little feedback from the controls, if anyThe Ugly:Nothing yet.Overall, I really like these, but hopefully won't havce to test out their protective characteristics. Definitely recommend getting a smaller, more flexible boot for once you are more comfortable riding motorcycles. Should be good for newer ADV, MX, and general MC riders. If you get comfortable shifting with these you should be even better with a more streamlined boot with more tactile feedback. Drive safe, cheers!
