Great taste - and NO DAIRY!!!

Ok, so. I went back and forth between leaving 3 or 4 stars, I would leave 3.5 if I could. Bought the Chocolate Lovers 3pack. Here's the breakdown: First off, these cookies are VERY SMALL. Basically, bite-sized. They aren't much bigger than a quarter. You can get 2 bites out of them if you take small bites. Besides the cookies being small, the box itself is TINY!! 3🍪 x 5 servings = 15 bites, I mean cookies lol, per box. I feel like most people could eat at least half the box in a sitting. So for small cookies, I docked a star. Secondly, the taste is so-so. They're a bit dry, especially the crunchy ones. I'm only GF, I eat dairy/eggs (non vegan) so I mainly just bought them for being GF. I suppose if you're not used to having ingredients like milk and eggs, they'd be delicious. But to the rest of us, they're dry and a bit bland. Definitely not cardboard tho(!!) - they're tasty enough for 3 stars and certainly better than no cookies 😅

so, I purchased these cookies in July, but didn't open the 1st pack until Augest. it was the snickerdoodle ones. These were literally the worst cookies I have ever tasted in my life! It was like it was made by someone who had never tasted snickerdoodle in their life. The texture was gritty, and there was enough cinnamon in them to kill a horse. I had to set them aside. Tonight I decided to try them again. Just as bad as I remembered! I spit out the bite I took and chucked them in the trash. Because I really wanted something sweet, I decided to try the lemon ones, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, they were almost as disgusting as the snickerdoodle. The lemon tasted like lemon extract, which is very bitter, instead of real lemons, and were as gritty as well. These also went in the trash. I haven't had the courage to try the chocolate chip ones yet, but I'm not hopeful at this point. Thankfully, I am good at baking gluten free, and if I don't feel like it, there are other brands of gluten free cookies that actually taste decent. Stay clear of this brand if you actually have taste buds.

Fun to surprise my family members with a treat even when they are gluten free, dairy free, and nut free! Great product when you have food restrictions!

Ive ordered these exact ones before but this time the two boxes of crunchy cookies are spoiled. The date is fine (6 months before expiration - both have the same lot number) but they smell like wood or cardboard and they taste foul as well. Would love a partial credit as the soft cookies are fine. Please advise. Thanks.
