Feels really sticky and uncomfortable on the skin, like it just sits there instead of absorbing properly. I tried using it consistently, but I didn’t notice any difference at all—no boost in energy, no recovery benefits, nothing. Honestly, it just felt like an extra hassle with no payoff. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

Has a good mix of supplements especially D3 and the L Arginine. As promised delivers results
