Spespo Silicone Ice Cube Tray and Chocolate,Candy,Cookies Mold Maker - Tardis and Daleks

Bought this ready for the 60th Anniversary and came on time! Used it to make chocolate moulds and they turned out brilliantly. However, it is harder to get the TARDIS ones out when using chocolate. In the end we succeeded but it took trying different ways but carefully because doing it too much was stretching the corners so be careful not to tear it. I used 2 huge bars of Galaxy chocolate btw and had a strip or two left over so make sure to use plenty of chocolate! I've yet to use it to make ice TARDIS and Daleks but I would definitely recommend the tray!

A genius idea, Daleks and Tardis’sBrilliant sized ice cubes, could make a good chocolate mold too, but would be rather big, perhaps use to make rocky road with the chocolate in first for the detail and marshmallows on the back? Sounds promising.Because of their size you have to be quite firm with it to remove ice cubes, but it’s worth it and your cubes will last for ages, but who’s drink gets a Tardis and who gets a Dalek? You decide 🤣Tray is stable enough to successfully navigate from tap to freezer relatively easily without spillage.A very important point is that it comes in the official branded packaging, this makes it very giftable 🎁Premium price tag matches premium official product. I did purchase as a gift and both I and the recipient was very pleased.Fans of Dr Who / large ice cubes 🧊 or chunky chocolate making 🍫 will be pleased! 😀

Wow what a sturdy little set of silicon moulds! I was expecting something a lot flimsier! Each dalek/TARDIS measures 2 1/2 inches in height (see photo).Good quality substantial silicone that will last and last. I'm really pleased with these. I purchased them for my Doctor Who-mad 20 year old because aside from making ice cubes and making her friends laugh, I know the baker in her will want to make dalek cupcakes and chocolate TARDISes! I think I might gift this with a box of jelly too. She is going to think this is the coolest gift ever!Before you roll your eyes because I bought these slightly cheaper in return for an honest review, this IS an honest review. And they weren't free. If these moulds were cheap rubbish, I'd say so.But these are versatile moulds and I know she's going to have fun thinking of different ways to eat daleks. Who wouldn't?A great little gift and/or perfect for a party! Sure to make people smile. After all, who hasn't heard of Doctor Who?

Good fun for any Doctor Who fan. Would recommend.

Tray serving very well for making Ice so far.Shape comes out fine.Although, with the Tardis shaped peices the most, it's difficult to remove the ice from the tray due to how rigid the tray is to push the ice out. It does require a lot of pressure in the right places to push out.
