By far, this is the best can opener I've used that cuts so smoothly, and at first use I didn't even see the cut until I was halfway round the can.Delivery was alright, wasn't too fast but it was ok.Packaging was good but had to double take for the instruction. Usually, most products would have the instruction printed where it would be easy to catch with a glance but this product had the same font everywhere and had a few spelling errors, which initially made me doubt the product.Upon opening the product, I was quite to pleased with it. The grip was the right size and comfortable. Washed it and tested it on one of our can. At first we did not see any cuts no matter how hard ew twisted it clockwise after holding it in grip by anti-clockwise. We tried a lot and still could not see any cuts. We all felt stupid after we realised that the cut were on the side and not on top as all of us tried to open the tin one by one. It was a perfect clean cut. Since then we have had no problems using it.Overall I am satisfied with the product but when I give 5 stars, that for a perfect delivery, perfect packaging, perfect instruction, and a perfect product. I would rate this product 4 or 4.5stars. It did not reach the 5* rating it deserves because of the printed cover which was not very appealing.

After so many lackluster can openers, I have finally found something that works amazingly well. I thought there were only two kinds of can opener: the old, original variety, that cut into the top of the can, and the later type that cut just under the seam in the top of the wall. However, this opener seems to cut through the top of the seam. In fact it is very difficult to see the cut until you lift the lid off. I was furious when I first used it. You can't feel the cutting action, as you can with traditional openers, and the top was still in place, as though nothing had happened. Then, when I picked the can up, the lid came away in my hand. The body of the seal remains intact, so you can use a plastic reseal lid, which you can't do of course with the side wall cutting opener. Maybe the electric openers work the same way, I don't know, but this is so much easier, and cheaper, and easy to grip as well. Worth the money.
