Works well and actually has zero scent. Doesn't lather or bubble which takes a little getting used to. I can for sure tell it works though because after using it, I tried my traditional big name brand shampoo and it lathered like it does when I do a second round. Seems to be a good value and appears to limit all of the ingredient "big shampoo" tends to throw in the bucket so I see that as a big win.

It's hard to find a fragrance free shampoo that lathers at all. This one does best if I either shampoo my hair twice, or use another shampoo before. The first shampooing it doesn't really lather on me, but the second time it does. It has normal shampoo viscosity in its feel. I break out if I use scents, so this has helped to calm breakouts down. I shampoo first when I shower, then after rinsing the shampoo out, I condition and leave it in till I get done washing the rest of me; that gives the conditioner longer to work before I rinse.

This shampoo left our hair dry and brittle. Everyone in the family agreed never to buy this one ever again. 3 ppl refused to use it again after using it 4 times. It was eventually used by one person who has the mindset of not wasting money, which means it took them almost a year to finish the bottle. They didnt use every time due to their hair being dry and feeling like straw when using this. Its almost like it sucked every natural oil out of their hair or smtn.Our hair is average hair with natural oil, no enhancements added to them (not colored or permed). Two have short hair and keep it trimmed up. Two have long hair and styled and trimmed every few months. Hair dresser noticed a difference in the hairs texture and dryness.If you hair is naturally oily, excessively oily, this may work for you. If your hair is not coated with oil, Id recommend trying a different shampoo.When we ordered this shampoo we also got their conditioner. It was decent.We have used other shampoos without the chemicals, including bar shampoo. We are use to this.

Ordered 2 different shampoo and conditioner from this brand for salon used. It wasn't too good. It doesn't lather even used like 2 big pumps. The scent is Soso, not strong but it's kinda mild. It's not moisturizing at all tho... so it's like you get what you paid for. And hands gets sooo dried after 1 wash...
