No, but large enough to get 2pods in 1section eg: milk and coffee pods or 1 hot chocolate pod. I find this very well made and sturdy. Hope this information is helpful.

Will the tassimo my way 2 machine fit on top?

I have mine sitting on it and it looks great and is good for refilling the water. I just top my water up with a jug instead of taking the water container off all the time. It does not hold that much water compared to the older machines. You will have to check that you have enough space above your work top. You will need 38cm or15" to get them both in.
