The battery life isn't good. The solar doesn't charge it always. Wifi connection is weak outside the house. Pictures lag. But when it works properly, it's great!

This is quality for a small cost. It's very easy to install and the picture quality is much better than the expensive cameras. My only problem is that it's not allowing me and my mommy to stay logged in at once where we can both get notifications.

Like others have said, this camera initially works great but then fails after a few weeks/months. In my case, it was after the 30 day return period. I’m stuck with it. Basically, the camera crashes after a few days of runtime and can only be fixed with a hard reset - tough if it is mounted on a tree outside. DONT BUY. Customer service never responded to me.

Absolutely love this camera. Was easy to install, both the camera and the software. I can watch real time or recorded videos; I can download, save and share videos. I love that I can talk to my son fixing his bike in front of the house while I’m inside cooking dinner through the camera. There’s a light feature that other cameras don’t have and that’s awesome! It scares off anyone lurking! The only constructive criticism I have is that I wish the camera would pan- meaning, from my phone, I know the camera itself doesn’t turn but I wish I could touch my screen and move the angle a little bit or zoom in. Sometimes I can zoom and sometimes not. But the panoramic scanning would be better. I love this and am considering buying a second one for my backyard and a third for my living room.

I like the camera but the battery sucks !! The solar panel is in direct sunlight & for what ever reason by mid day the camera is dying even while charging. I even took it off and brought it inside to charge it , which takes ages & it’s still dying even while connected to the solar panel. Not sure if I recommend because what’s the Point if you have to keep bringing it inside to charge?! To top it off you have to pay storage to play back videos which I don’t mind but since I have two cameras I have to pay for two separate storage instead of one for my account. To top it off the customer service is a bot that doesn’t understand anything …
