Morgan The Manatee - 21 Inch Stuffed Animal Plush (New Edition)

The manatee, or sea cow has great meaning to me. It was one of my mother’s favorite animals. We tried to visit the manatee when mom & dad could handle the trip, when we visited them in Florida. Mom especially loved to watch the mama manatees with their babies — heartwarming & always brought a smile to mom’s beautiful face. Mom left us 13 years ago, but those gentle giants will always hold a special connection to my mom. When my stuffed manatee arrived from Amazon, I immediately thought “oh, how childish of me at 67 to buy myself a stuffed animal!” But on second look, I chuckled, & my heart melted as I realized how much she reminded me of my Mom. So maybe I am childish, but this beautiful stuffed replica of a manatee will forever remain with me, reminding me of my wonderful, sweet Mom & times we shared with the manatee. And my manatee has a new name, BETTY JANE as she is now named after my mom. This is the perfect size stuffed animal, soft & cuddly, perfect for most any age.

Large and plush

In November I went into the hospital for some serious surgery - a good friend told to bring a stuffed animal, I thought she was nuts, I'm a grown man who hasn't had a stuffed animal in decades, not that I have anything against them in fact quite the opposite, I think they're charming - if you're eleven.She assured me it could make a difference, so as I'm shopping on Amazon for a few things I needed to bring along to the hospital, I typed in "stuffed manatee" because I'm partial to sea cows and viola there he was and I'm happy to have him. I named him Harley after my Bulldog and just like my Bulldog I smile every time I see this funny looking guy.Very plush and well made, solid stitching and a really nice attention to detail abounds - he's weights in certain places with tiny beads which help him to stay in whatever position you put him in and because of his length of 17 inches he makes just about the best neck pillow you'll ever find and still to this day when I read in bed I put him to work. Everyone needs a stuffed Manatee even if they don't realize it so that said, I can assure that regardless of age should you choose to bring Morgan The Manatee home - you'll never regret it.

Cute stuffed animal and works for exactly what we wished it for. A happy stuffed animal cuddler and memory holder for them. Would buy this product with confidence. Came on time and as described.

Cutest manatee plush I've found on amazon, and super soft and squishy. The fabric is really soft, and there's a beanbag nearby the tail. it's very realistic for a plush. The only ''issues'' I'd have with this plush is the price (I'd prefer if it would've been 12 bucks rather than near 20 bucks), and It'd be nice if it was a little bigger, but it says 17'' in the description, so I shouldn't be complaining lol. Overall, best manatee plush I've found online!
