We bought two of these chairs a couple of years ago to replace older rocking chairs on our front porch. We were so pleased with the quality, comfort and ease of assembly that we promptly ordered a third chair to add to the set.Based on that experience, we bought a fourth chair a couple of months ago to use on our back porch. That's where we ran into a problem. As a final assembly step, the steel post on the rocker frame assembly is inserted into a sleeve in the center of the base unit, providing stability and facilitating the swivel action. In this case the fit was very tight and the chair would not swivel.So, why 5 stars? I contacted the seller through Amazon to report the issue and they responded within a couple of hours, asking if they could make things right by sending me a new rocker frame assembly and base unit. I agreed, and they promptly shipped the replacement parts out via FedEx. It only took me about 20 minutes to swap out the parts when they arrived a week later, and the chair now swivels perfectly. The initial poor fit was disappointing, but Belord made up for it with exceptional customer service.

I ordered this set for my deck. It is very solid construction and the cushions are comfortable. Looks just like the picture. After pricing other furniture I found this set to be at a very good price. Highly recommended.

This patio furniture is so nice, I love it! Arrived on time, everything came in one box and super easy to assemble. I was able to assemble the pieces all by myself. If this 63 year old Grandmother can do it, so can you! What’s best about this set is that it’s lightweight enough to easily move around. My older set was so much heavier and a PIA to slide around when needed. This set is just perfection. Comfortable and relaxing. So happy with my purchase!

Real nice chairs. Very comfortable and look like good quality. I didn't give this 5 stars because although they rock just fine they do not swivel well at all. I'm not sure if it's something I did wrong when putting them together or if it's a defect in both chairs.

We purchased one rocker to replace a chair in our sunroom 7 months ago. We liked it so much we ordered a second rocker. They were easy to put together. They rock and swivel easily. They're very comfortable. They seem to be holding up well. We highly recommend. The only improvement we would suggest is firmer foam in the cushions, but that may just be a personal preference.

They are beautiful beyond my expectation. They are so comfortable and make my front porch look great.

Great set of outdoor furniture! Cushions are comfortable (even though I haven’t taken the plastic off), and was very simple to put together. The first chair in the picture looks different because I cropped my husband out of it lol the other chair is how they actually look. Love the fact that they swivel and rock! I got the black color wicker with the beige cushions and it’s perfect! Came with 1 spare screw for each piece of furniture. Very sturdy! I still have to stain my new patio deck and put my rug out, but I couldn’t wait to try them out!
