Very very nice. I seasoned my with a favorite spice and yes yes yes, it was good. I’m going to try the steak and hamburger patties.

I have to admit, I didn't have high hopes for these. I was afraid they'd be like those damn dehydrated pork patties from the mid-80's mre. Boy, was I wrong. These fully rehydrated in 20 min, although I let them soak for an additional 10. I didn't season the two I prepared too much because I wanted to taste the quality of the meat. Some salt, pepper, and a dusting of flour before frying. Very nice! The package I received has a best by date of 2049. I'll be adding quite a few more of these to the pantry and now have no reservations about trying this company's beef products. Highly recommend.

Actually got what the pkg said. They are good a little on the dry side but I like pork belly and bacon don't over soak you can they taste watery. I would buy again great for tacos.

I tried this as soon as it arrived. It was better than I thought. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and pan fried. I can’t wait wait to order more!

Definately need to add your own flavoring, as well, is very good. Also mates good dog treats. Just cat the steaks into chunks!

Eight assorted size boneless chops with some fat on the edge for flavor.None tiny, none huge, none thin...The package could hv used a Lot Less Air in it. Bag is tight with air inside. A dessicant pkt is in each bag...I removed four chops and vacuum bagged those with a Foodsaver, so two pks of four chops each...Plan to store long term, Lord willing we won't need them, need best quality I can assure, so vacuumed...Just wife es I so four chops to a meal is plenty...Will be good cut up for other dishes besides just chops, that would get more meals from them...Meat quality looks excellent... This product isn't entirely bad. It tastes good, takes seasoning and is what it is. Unfortunately, one thing it is, is extremely tough. Almost unchewable.I soaked for almost 40 minute in hot water. Still tough and rigid. Grilled for 4 minutes on each side, hoping the heat would soften the meat. It browned well enough, smelled like grilled pork. Still obviously very dry and rigid. Wrapped it in foil with some additional liquid and kept it simmering for a few more minutes.I had to grind at the chops with a sharp knife to cut off bites. It tasted just fine, like pork. I could hardly chew it. It's a great idea. Not currently working out with this product. I also bought a pack of their sirloin steaks, now considering what I need to do in order to make them physically edible

Recently received this food in his stride I have not had the time to try it. It looks interesting on the package will not know until I use it, which with the holidays and all that there has been no time to try, but it looks packaged well.
