Yes,,, this product is awesome,,, but beware it will lower your BP really quick too ,,,, I only took it for 4 days and my pressure dropped on day 4 like crazy,,,,I’m reducing my dose to only twice a week,,,,with plans to go off BP meds in the future 😊

This has really helped with urinary urgency and frequency. I rarely have to think about going almost as soon as I'm done. I still have issues, but I've greatly improved. I can go 4 or 5 hours between trips unless I'm drinking something that specifically stimulates my bladder.An unexpected side effect is that the thinning hair by my temples is thicker. I knew this could help with thinning hair, but that's not why I was taking it.My biggest issue is the difference in the capsule colors between bottles. I really hope they work the same because it's really helped me.

My hair has always been fine and low to medium density I struggled w ppd and anxiety disorder major stress plus postpartum hair loss and breast feeding hormones were everything to get to the point this did help I WAS NOT CONSISTENT so I was not keeping track but 5 months later my hair is probably 35% more full in spots it was falling so I feel as if I had been consistent and maybe bought another bottle or two it would be more like 50-75% fuller in those areas so yeh I’ll prob purchase again

I got my third bottle and I have a mix of yellow and dark red color tablets. This has never happened before. Its odd and I don’t think I will be purchasing again. But it was good while it lasted.
