Perfect for my plantar fasciitis. Stays cold and one size does for even my big feet (Thanks Dad!). Great for left or right foot. Can also move around for ankle. Size fits well and comfortable. Really helped to ease the pain of my foot. It’s soft enough that I used to to relieve tooth pain after an extraction. Would highly recommend this. Nice quality.

I started using these ice packs for my plantar fasciitis and after a long workout or walk! They fit so snuggly and hug your foot. I love that they can be hot or cold. They help provide pain relief almost instantly and are such good quality! They’re easy to take on and off and definitely flex even when you have them cold!

While going down the rabbit hole on Amazon, I stumbled across this. It was something different and I thought it could help with foot and ankle pain. It was on sale for Prime Day, so I decided to take the bait.It arrive neatly in a box, I immediately threw one of the 2 packets in the freezer and let it sit there for a couple of hours. After a nice hot shower I decided to try it out, and well it’s not too bad!I do realize in the picture it isn’t wrapped “correctly”, instead it is wrapped in such a way that my foot is comfortable while being iced. Like others stated, I do wish the soft part was the side that was against the skin, but it is not. The soft part would help protect the skin from the extreme cold, while providing adequate icing.I would definitely recommend this for someone with plantar fasciitis or an ankle issue/injury. It is easy to wrap and it gets the job done!

I have four tears in my attendance and ligaments of my ankle, which I’ve had two years and ice all the time to help with the pain, healing it and avoiding surgery. It retains the ice coldness very well, the length and size of it is perfect, it’s very easy to use, very durable, and it does not leak. Therefore, it’s a great value for my money! I have one on my ankle for ones freezing up and it holds the cold for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very versatile wrap for ankle pain. I ordered it for its ability to be frozen and wrapped around the ankle but this wrap also has a hot application that can be used in the microwave to heat up the gel substance. When using as a cold application, the wrap is extremely comfortable. It is made of very soft material on the outside, which allows the Velcro to adhere firmly. The inside is also also made of some sort of heavier almost vinyl looking material, but it is very soft as well and comfortable against the skin. I have a larger ankle, but this wrap is fully customizable, and it fits my ankle perfectly. The Velcro holds firmly and securely, and if needed, it supplies compression by tightening the Velcro. This product is useful for so many things. It can be used for new injuries as well as chronic pain such as with plantar fasciitis. You can also use this wrap on other smaller body parts, such as higher up on the calf, the wrist or forearm, according to manufacture suggestions. This product really does help with my ankle pain and is so easy to use.Size:I like the customizable size of this brace. I have a larger ankle so I was concerned that it wouldn’t wrap around comfortably for me, but the product is plenty large enough for a range of sizes.Durability:This product is made of what appears to be very durable material but extremely functional. I like the soft touch of the outside of the brace and also the smoother surface inside that you place against the skin. It is very comfortable and soothing to wear.

Perfect fit and easy to freeze and use for my ankle injury. I was struggling trying to use regular ice packs to sooth my ankle and found these. Such a relief. Good quality and should last a while!

This is an excellent product. I have suffered a pinched nerve in my lower back causing awful heel pain. This product has greatly helped me, and is so easy to use. I keep it in the freezer then sit down and wrap it around my foot. It goes on so easily, refreezes quickly. Even works at bedtime.

These ice packs are designed to be flexible, adjustable and work perfectly over socks to gently ice the foot and ankle. My poor sister sprained her ankle horribly and it swelled 2.5x bigger than her other leg. These packs allowed her to rest comfortably, reducing pain/providing much needed relief, and they stay cold for about 35-45 minutes when frozen. Very happy with my purchase - great design.
