Can use this on vinyl floor tiles ? Just need a floor cleaner as i go through a fair bit a week this is cheap for the size

This is suitable for vinyl floor tiles. We do recommend testing in an inconspicuous area prior to full application.

Can this be used on fabrics? Also can it be used on phones, keyboards etc?

I am not sure about fabric but if used carefully with care for protection of machines it should be ok.

How do you dilute this product please

I didn’t, l put it in a squeezy bottle and used it with a cloth to wipe down things. It was ok.
