The tower fan I ordered was supposed to be grey with a remote and touch screen, but instead, I received a damaged white fan without a remote. This experience is incredibly disappointing, and it highlights a severe lack of quality control before shipping the product to customers.Not only was the tower fan I received damaged and the wrong color, but the packaging was also in terrible condition. It's evident that there was little to no care taken in ensuring the product's integrity during transit. how to claim warranty
i have bought this in august and fan doesn't work if i keep in high speed, how can i claim warranty . i dont have sellor phone number , in symphony website - under warranty - uner dropdown - this model is not being shown.

The fan makes lot of noise, much more than fans with blades.. cannot watch TV or have talk when fan is running
