It was rusty and black metal showing in lots of places. I was so excited to get it for my new console table! I returned it immediately and for some reason Amazon is sitting on my refund!!!! I have proof it was returned to UPS STORE a week and a half ago, but still no refund to me! It used to be immediate. So disappointing!
