they are comfortable that's for sure
This ones are really comfortable, can keep em on my ear the whole day if i want without feeling any discomfort, the rubber is soft but sturdy enough to stay on your ear without falling out.If i have to describe the difference in sound i can perceive from the ones i had, i would say this ones has less bass but a clearer sound. Keep in mind the red portion of the rubber is really soft and it expands so it till NOT hold by itself, it HAS to go deeper on your earphones tips to keep a grip of it, so it might or might not hold well on your earphone depending on it's design.

Comfortable and quality
I use these with my IEMs, and the comfort is great. I do notice it will slip out if earwax slightly builds up, compared to stock eartips. However, these are worth it if they fit your ear.

Works really well with Audeze's LCD-i Series IEMs.
These eartips were a massive improvement in terms of seal and comfort for me with the LCD-i4. They stay put in the ear canal and seal really well. I use the large and medium Audeze stock eartips and ended up ordering the Large CP500's and CP155's. The CP155's are slightly smaller than Audeze's stock eartips. The large CP-155 is somewhere in between the large and medium Audeze stock eartips sizing wise. The CP155's turned out to be perfect for me. I think previous mentions of frequency response being altered are greatly exaggerated but YMMV. If anything, the CP155 performs admirably in comparison to the stock LCD-i Series eartips. It's like having a solid wall of sound that accentuates the best qualities of the LCD-i4. I'm glad I gave these CP155's a chance.

Truthear Red: Did Not Improve Comfort - Finnicky Seal
Using with Truthear RED and I found that these tips did not improve comfort of the IEMs very large diameter nozzle. The CP155 tips are too pointy at the proximal end and I need to shove them deep into my ears to get a good seal. This created pressure and soreness very quickly. Also, the mounting cylinder of the cp155 is too thin and flexible. The tips push back and ride up over the nozzle lip when inserted into my ears. The flexible "spin" feature of the tips then bottoms out on the nozzle opening and becomes rigid, just like the stock tips. I had to reposition the tips on the nozzle after every wearing. For me, Truthear Red needs a wide, "shallow fit" style tip to not cause discomfort. I'm using Hifigo x ZReviews render tips currently and they work much better with this particular IEM.3 stars across the board because they are great quality and design, just not a match with Truthear RED.

Makes my Blessing 2s usable and comfortable
Before I got these, I had to very slowly put in my IEMs and wait for a few minutes for a burning sensation to subside, and if I adjusted the fit after I had gotten used to the feeling, it would start to hurt again. These go in incredibly easy but still make a good seal with my ear canal.I can't tell any difference in noise isolation or frequency response personally, but my hearing is not outstanding so if you're sensitive to that sort of thing you may notice something that I'm not picking up on. For my money this is a slam dunk purchase, cost a fraction of the IEMs and makes them wayyyy nicer to use. My compliments to the creators!

Comfortable But Come Off In-Ear
Unfortunate. Very comfortable and provides above average seal. But, despite a seemingly tight fit to the Jaybird earphone, each continually come off (in my ear) when removing. I’ve been using in ear since the first Etymotics and current go-to are the Klipsch X20. I inherited new Jaybirds for my daughter (didn’t like the in ear) and will use what came with them.

Changes frequency response
Made of nice quality rubber, and do fit more comfortably than stock tips due to the ability for them to turn inside the ear canal. However the design which allows for that changes the diameter of the ear tip which results in changes to the sound. These are in the treble and bass regions. The bass is much stronger, but loses detail and just ends up sounding bloated. The treble emphasizes things which should not be. It really throws off the tuning of the original IEM/earphone one puts it in.If spinfit were to design these tips in a way where they could still turn without reducing the inner diameter from the eartip diameter at any point and could ensure the frequency response was not altered they would be perfect.I tried these with an LCDi4 and would not recommend.Update:After some further testing I was able to determine that the sonic characteristics of the rubber material used for these tips have the largest impact on the changes to the frequency response. Followed by the decrease in diameter.Spinfit, your product would be much better if you choose a material which did not have a sonic profile that altered the frequency response of the IEM it is attached to. Please at least provide a version of your product where the material doesn't change frequency response.
