I just got mine yesterday, and as I was opening it I noticed the packaging was a little bit damaged, but none of the contents were. The app requires you to make an account online before you can use a fitness tracker, but once you do it, it’s really easy to set up.I would say probably the best things about this watch is the super comfortable silicone band, which makes it really easy to sleep it, unlike other fitness trackers I’ve used. Secondly, the touchscreen is very smooth and not glitchy. The interface itself works just as well as an Apple Watch.The design is sleek, and appropriate sized. In the app you can adjust how you want your notifications, and can apply all your contacts, so that’s a plus.Anyways, 🫵 get this watch. You’ll love it

The media could not be loaded. I've had this band for over a year now. The first year it worked perfectly, then it lost battery life very quickly, but overall I love it.

1) The watch band is very cheap. If you wear it when swimming, you need to secure it with a twist tie or it will pop open. The replacement bands available online are no better.2) The watch did not come with any setup/operation instructions so I had to track down a "how to" video on Youtube and ask the YouTuber for help.3) The US customer service reps don't seem to be completely fluent in English. The person I spoke with after being unable to get the watch to synch with the app, barely spoke English and couldn't help me.4) The step count, blood O2 measurements, and sleep monitoring functions are highly inaccurate.5) The watch battery is not durable and the watch may not be fully waterproof. I wore the watch during water aerobics classes a few times last year and it did fine. Then I wore the watch in a cold lake and the watch died. It took over 24 hours to revive itself. At the time, it was not clear whether the cold water caused the battery to drain or whether water had leaked in. I wore the watch in a local lake last week and it died almost immediately in the cool water. This time around I discovered that the battery, despite being charged earlier that day, had completely drained. I recharged it when I got home and got the home screen back but the date and time were completely wrong and I couldn't get any of the other screens to come up. Then it died again for good.6) Don't waste money on this watch.

I had the same band but an older 4 model. It was tough as nails but it popped out of the bracelet and I lost it after using for several years. 8 model doesn't pop into a bracelet like older model. This new one also has a much nicer display but is mostly the same. Charge time is quick and it lasts for days too. No complaints if it too lasts for years like the last one!

This provides good battery life and a good set of features for the price. It is not as sensitive as my prior FitBit was, in that it records fewer steps for the same exact activity. However, when I measured it on a treadmill session, the step count is accurate. It tends to be activity which is not straightforward steps that it counts differently. That's not an issue once you adjust to the different measurement. The only feature I've found that does not work reliably is the "smart wake" feature. Without that, the alarm reliably goes off at the correct time. With it, the alarm may not go off at all or may go off randomly 8 hours later. Only the smart wake feature failure prevented me giving a 5-star review.

This watch was a replacement for a new Fitbit. The watch is much more User friendly than the Fitbit.Very easy to setup the app. The only minor issue is the band is just a bit cheap.Overall a much better value than a Fitbit. I would buy again.

Well, what can I say? I've loved the Xiaomi Mi Band since I bought my first one. I bought this one and I loved it, just as expected. The battery life is amazing, and I use it every day in the gym to count the break time between exercises. The size is also good; I prefer the smaller one over the larger one, so the size is perfect for me. It's discreet and doesn't bother me on my arm. Oh, I also bought the screen protector, and I think it's very useful :)
