Product iṡ great - fast, came without junk installed, and looks great.My ONLY complaint isn't really a complaint just a point of context in purchasing - used electronics, as most used items, look at external and internal condition. Prices vary depending on both of these. External condition makes a big difference as it can show abuse or lack of care. This company sends a pristine laptop ... beautiful ... except they use a perfectly cut sticker on all parts except the hinges so any abuse is, in effect, hidden from your view and making a "perfect" laptop even if under the "skin" is a gash or other abuse!The abuse is still THERE just not able to be SEEN without taking off their skin. The rating goes to "excellent" and done deal. Seems kind of .... wrong.HOWEVER, besides that one little issue - this laptop is GREAT! And the company as well. They sent the wrong charger - a 45 watt versus 65 watt. Both had "C" connections so, like the company pointed out, both WOULD have been fine except for needing the hotter charger. I sent an email Friday night after it arrived late Friday, they responded EARLY Monday morning (incredible) and overnighted a 65-watt to us!!! INCREDIBLE!!!!I would definitely buy this laptop again even though "out of date" (runs Win11 so it has a few years left); the price, condition, company response, and software all say THUMBS WAY UP! Even with the power supply error I would buy another of these laptops or anything else from the company.

Laptop battery was dead on arrival. Tried to charge with supplied AC Adapter. Adapter did not work. Had to order a new adapter/charger. All works well. Checklist supplied by refurbisher shows all passed but funny they don't check charging adapter supplied with unit. Overall Laptop works great, battery lasts most of the day. Used for Auto diag and programming. Just would be nice if refurbisher would check AC adapter also.

Lenovo business class laptops are built to last. Support in the way of parts is still continuing on this laptop as well as official videos from the company on YouTube.If you don't need or want all the technology bloat of higher quality laptops, as well as the high price, this is a great laptop to consider.This company shipped mine very quickly, and it was well packaged. I can't find even a single scratch or ding on the unit I received. I feel comfortable recommending this seller as well.

#1 key sticks - other than that it's a great laptop. This is my 2nd one, returned the first one as the F key had a sticking issue.This is a back-up laptop for me so I decided to live with the issue

This is perfect for a student it can be used as a pad or a laptop. It's very fast it's got beautiful screen and the USB C charging port is extremely convenient and allows options for different chargers. This was a great purchase and I'm very pleased with the product

Trash. The keyboard gave out within 45 days of purchase. Has been a pain in the rump trying to source another keyboard.

This was a second hand computer. The operating system was a default Microsoft. It even didn’t have MS Pain app.The screen is ok, but something seems to be not right

The Yoga X1 is in excellent condition. It was well packed. It's almost like new. The screen is as it was described no noticeable scratches. The pen was in it's slot. Some slight marks on the bottom and wear at the USB connectors. The battery condition seems to be as described. The condition exceeded my expectations.
