For the amount of potassium per gummies, this product is a great value. You can control the amount of potassium you need by taking one or two gummies per day or even cutting in half if needed. They also taste good so you don’t feel like you’re taking a vitamin. They’re so much better than taking a pill every day.

My potassium levels were a bit low on some recent lab work and doctor wanted me to take these gigantic chalk looking pills which were the same dose of potassium as these gummies, and boy are these far easier to take than trying to swallow a huge pill. I did check with my doctor and he said he was ok with me taking these instead and good news, my lab work was back to normal on my last check.
